Avenged Sevenfold to host UStream chat today

Avenged Sevenfold’s new album, Nightmare, hit stores on Tuesday and today you have a chance to ask the band questions about the disc. A7X will be hosting a UStream chat today at 5 p.m. EST to offer fans the opportunity to chat with the band members about the new album, their upcoming tour and their new drummer, Dream Theater’s Mike Portnoy.

The chat will be hosted here, and for those of you who haven’t experienced the technological wizardry of a live UStream convo, it basically involves the band appearing on camera and responding live to questions fans ask via web chat.

Nightmare is Avenged Sevenfold’s fifth album, and first with Portnoy. The deluxe version of the disc is already Number One on the iTunes album chart and Number Three on Amazon.com. The group also recently released a video for the record’s first single, “Nightmare,” a moderately disturbed set of images that also pays subtle tribute to the band’s deceased drummer Jimmy “The Rev” Sullivan. Check out the video below and then start coming up with questions for the band.
